The BESSEY® BT-HH70 Auto-Adjust Horizontal Toggle Clamp combines quick, secure clamping with automatic adjustment for varying workpiece heights. Designed with an open arm and horizontal base plate, this toggle clamp is an excellent choice for woodworking jigs, fixtures, production tooling, assembly applications, and other situations where repeatable clamping pressure is important.
The innovative auto-adjusting mechanism automatically compensates for changes in workpiece thickness while maintaining consistent clamping force. This allows workpieces of different heights to be clamped quickly without the constant manual readjustment required with conventional toggle clamps.
The BT-HH70 provides a 2-3/8-in. clamping capacity with approximately 1-3/8-in. of automatic adjustment. Its variable clamping system helps accommodate different workpiece heights while maintaining dependable pressure. The integrated clamping force adjustment screw lets you fine-tune the applied force for the requirements of your application.
wWith a holding capacity of up to 700 lbs., the BESSEY BT-HH70 is built for demanding clamping applications. The sturdy construction and tempered metal components provide the durability needed for repeated use in woodworking shops, manufacturing environments, fixtures, and production setups.
The horizontal base plate provides a stable mounting surface and is designed for flexible installation using either imperial or metric fasteners. The BT-HH70 accepts 1/4-in. or M6 fasteners, making it easy to integrate into a variety of jigs, fixtures, workholding systems, and custom tooling.
A large, heat-resistant handle provides a comfortable grip for repeated operation. Soft handle inserts help reduce hand fatigue, making the clamp easier to use during extended production or workshop tasks.
Nickel-plated surfaces help resist corrosion and extend the service life of the clamp. Combined with sturdy, tempered metal construction, the BT-HH70 is designed to provide reliable performance through repeated clamping cycles.
The BESSEY BT-HH70 Auto-Adjust Horizontal Toggle Clamp is an excellent choice wherever fast, repeatable, and secure workholding is required. Its automatic adjustment, high holding capacity, adjustable clamping force, and flexible mounting make it ell-suitedwell suited for woodworking jigs, assembly fixtures, production tooling, fabrication setups, and other professional workholding applications.

Proposition 65 (formally titled "The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986") is a California law that has been in effect since 1986 to promote clean drinking water and keep toxic substances that cause cancer and birth defects out of consumer products. It is administered by Cal/EPA's California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA). Proposition 65 regulates substances listed by California as causing cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm in two ways. The first regulatory arm of Proposition 65 prohibits businesses from knowingly discharging listed substances into drinking water sources, or onto land where the substances can pass into drinking water sources. The second regulatory arm of Proposition 65 prohibits businesses from knowingly exposing individuals to listed substances without providing a clear and reasonable warning.
BESSEY branded products do not, to the best of our knowledge, expose individuals to harmful substances as listed by the Cal Prop 65 Legislation.
WARNING: Drilling, sawing, sanding or machining wood products can expose you to wood dust, a substance known to the State of California to cause cancer. Avoid inhaling wood dust or use a dust mask or other safeguards for personal protection. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/wood.
