How do I find screws on your website
Using the search bar for screws can be very difficult. We recommend using the shop by category option. We have created different options for you to choose from. You can shop by Brands, Applications, and Select-A-Screw. Select-A-Screw is the Category to go to when you know some of the characteristics of what you are looking for.
We have narrowed it down to "Head Type" for you to start. Once you have selected your "Head Type" Category, you can use additional filters on the Left to narrow your options down. You can filter by:

How do I place an order?
Please create or log into your account. Shop for your needs using the categories or search bar. Major credit cards are accepted; most declines occur due to issues with the billing address. We welcome your call to place an order. We do offer net terms, with the proper paperwork. You can email us Purchase Orders.
What should I do if a part is out of stock?
We welcome backorders, and there are no extra shipping charges. Delivery takes 7-10 days in most cases. Please contact us to confirm.
How do I qualify for credit terms with McFeelys?

What email notifications should I expect after placing my first order?
You will receive a welcome email for your new account, an email confirming your order, and a tracking email once the order has shipped ships.

How do I redeem a gift card?
You need to log in to the McFeelys account associated with the gift card, and the credit is available at checkout or by calling us. Gift cards are attached to accounts. If ordering for a friend, we will need details for the account that will receive the credit.

You have 60 days to return new and unused items. We follow the Golden Rule for Returns: treat others as you want to be treated.

Catalogs, when available, can be sent with your order. Need just a catalog, it will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

What confirmation do I receive regarding my order?
When the order is placed, you will see an order number, and the required email address provided will be sent a message.
I asked for the shipping method to be Next Day Delivery. I received my package late; how do I start a claim, and how long until I get a refund?
We will collaborate with the carriers to assist you in obtaining credit. The general rule is that if they are late, the credit for the difference between the service requested and the actual service provided will be prorated. We will process the credits as they are received from the vendor.
