Quick, Reliable Shipping

We offer top-quality products and deliver them as quickly as possible. We use recycled cardboard and craft paper to hand package your order. We stock and ship our products, so most are delivered within one week. Our goal is for in-stock items to be delivered in two to four days without considering freight quotes and fees. Please call us to make arrangements if you require a specific shipping method. We will ship the method you choose and can provide freight quotes on request.


We understand you want these products as soon as possible, and we do our best to accommodate that. Call us if you need express delivery. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt arrival. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service immediately. 


Shipping Policy:

We package and ship your order on the same business day. The standard daily cut-off is 2:00 PM Eastern time. The carriers are the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. Each has a daily service. All orders are shipped with tracking, which will be provided to you via email. Orders over 10 Lbs. or liquids are commonly sent via UPS or FedEx. USPS ground advantage or Priority 2-day is commonly used for orders under 8 Lbs. If your order can be put in a flat envelope, we might use First Class Mail with tracking. USPS Ground Advantage™ service is our reliable 2-5 day delivery method.


Factors That Determine Shipping Cost

Pick your carrier and method from the list. We will use your location, weight, and order value to create a rate for each order. USPS ground shipping is free on orders over $100. USPS has weight limits. We will adjust the shipping method to UPS or FedEx as needed to meet delivery expectations. Orders over $100 that require FedEx or UPS shipping will incur a small handling charge.


Shipping Cost for Back-ordered Items

There is no extra shipping charge for backordered items.


Quick Shipping

We make every effort to ship orders promptly; we try to guarantee that orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day (no shipments on weekends and holidays). We operate our warehouse and maintain a stock of products. Please let us know if you have a special request.


Free Shipping Promotion

Orders over $99.95 without certain restrictions qualify for Free Shipping.  Limitations are as follows:

  • Delivery address must be within the Continental US (lower 48 states plus the District of Columbia)
  • Does not apply to items that are drop shipped (contact Customer Service for details)
  • Does not apply to express shipping
  • Does not apply to large or heavy shipments requiring truck or motor freight.
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Normal delivery should take 3-5 business days.


Save on Delivery Charges!

McFeely’s does have a $20 minimum order charge; the way freight works, it makes sense to spend a little more to save a little more. 


Orders that require Customer Service:

Orders that must be placed directly with our Customer Service Department include: 

  • Delivery address outside the Continental US (lower 48 states plus the District of Columbia)
  • Items that are drop shipped (contact Customer Service for details)
  • Express shipping
  • Large or heavy shipments requiring truck or motor freight.

Shipping to Canada

We need to quote the freight on these orders on a case-by-case basis. Please provide us with the full address and the items to order. We will provide you with a freight quote that includes the proper delivery expectations.

We will ship the method you choose and can provide freight quotes on request.

  • By law, McFeely’s® must collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Indiana.
  • Most orders are shipped by the next business day. McFeely’s is known for shipping orders quickly. Because of this, we may not be able to change your order after it is submitted, so please verify its accuracy. 
  • Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the prices on our website. However, prices are changed without notice, and errors are subject to correction. 
  • McFeely’s respects your privacy and does not share your email address with other parties for any reason. Your email address will be used solely by McFeely's to notify you of the status of your order, new products, and special offers.

Customer Bill of Rights

1. Fast Service – Most orders ship the same business day. There is not an official cut-off time, but we do get most orders out the same day if ordered before 3:00 PM

2. No Extra Shipping on Backorders – If you place an order and items are on backorder, we do not charge additional shipping for the backordered items. You will pay a one-time shipping charge for the entire order. (Orders billed as actual freight will be invoiced as they ship).

3. Top-Quality Products – If we wouldn’t buy it for ourselves, it doesn’t go in the catalog or website.

4. Satisfaction Guaranteed – If you aren’t satisfied, we aren’t happy. We’ll fix the problem FAST! Please let us know what we can do to make it right – if it’s within reason, we will make the necessary adjustments.

5. Toll-Free Ordering, Customer Service, and Tech Support – We do not make you pay for the call when you need to know how to use a product. We just helped you get it! Just call us at 1-800-443-7937 (USA only) or 1-812-221-2080 (Outside USA).


Returns and Credits

If you need to return an item to us for any reason, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-800-443-7937 (USA only) or 1-812-221-2080 (Outside USA) between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Eastern Time, Mon. – Fri. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on returning the product. Returns must be requested within 60 days of receiving the customer's order. Customers have 30 days from the RMA date to return products.
