McFeely’s History

McFeely’s is a 40-year-old woodworking supply company that specializes in screws and fasteners, as well as tools, adhesives, finishes, and more for the hobbyist and professional woodworker.

McFeely’s started in Virginia as a lumber yard, and under the leadership of Jim Ray, McFeely’s went from a lumber yard to a catalog company, an e-commerce business with a national footprint. In the early 2000’s, this small family-run company was sold to a conglomerate, who ran the business for about 10 years as part of their specialty brands division. When it was sold again and moved to Ohio, McFeely fell on hard times, and the business transfer was not a clean process. In 2017, the company was reorganized and has returned stronger with a focus on fasteners, service, and quality. We are, again a small private family business looking forward to 2021 and beyond. McFeely’s focus is on customer service and our commitment to quality. We look forward to providing you with the service you deserve.
