We are proud to be a small private family business offering top-quality products and services again. Our partnerships include 200 different vendors, contractors, carpenters, and enthusiasts who want quality products at fair prices, with the proper support to help with your jobs and projects.

McFeely's Mission Statement

McFeelys is a profitable and ethical retailer of tools, fasteners, and supplies in our specialty market. We will first serve the client’s needs in an environment that supports the golden rule. We encourage open communication, continuous learning and improvement, and educational materials serving vendors and clients. We will raise the bar by sourcing, evaluating, and providing innovative and quality products within an efficient distribution system.

McFeely’s History

McFeely’s is a 40-year-old woodworking supply company that specializes in screws and fasteners, as well as tools, adhesives, finishes, and more for the hobbyist and professional woodworker.

McFeely’s started in Virginia as a lumber yard, and under the leadership of Jim Ray, McFeely’s went from a lumber yard to a catalog company with a national footprint. In the early 2000s, this small family-run company was sold to a conglomerate, which ran the business for about ten years as part of its specialty brands division. When it was sold again and moved to Ohio, McFeely fell on hard times, and the business transfer was not a clean process. In 2017, the company was reorganized and has returned stronger with a focus on fasteners, service, and quality. Again, we are a small private family business looking forward to 2025 and beyond. McFeely’s focus is on customer service and our commitment to quality. We look forward to providing you with the service you deserve.

Because we value our customers' suggestions and comments, we want them to be happy with their purchases from our catalog. So we live by some basic rules we like to call the Bill of Rights, which include:

We offer the opportunity on our website for you to review the products you purchased. We will use the reviews to evaluate our product line for quality assurance. These reviews not only help other shoppers but they help us to ensure that we're offering the quality products you expect from McFeely's.
       
    • Satisfaction Guaranteed –  From time to time, you might find that you are not satisfied with your order or need to return a product you ordered. Please get in touch with us within 30 days for instructions on how to return your order/product, and return it to us within 60 days of purchase (invoice date). Give us a call, send an e-mail or fax us the details.     • Fast Service – We can take your order 24/7 online (McFeelys.com), by phone (1-800-443-7937), or by fax (1-800-847-7136). Most orders ship the same business day we receive them.
       
    • Convenient Shipping –  We can provide several ground shipping options, like offering USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Ground flat-rate shipping allows us to choose the best service. We also offer expedited service, air transport (LTL), and other options for extra fees. The shipping charges are based on the original order, any back ordered item will not be charged a separate fee.
