FastCap 2P-10 Activator Spray is Part Two of the 2P-10 two-part adhesive system. 2P-10 can be used on many materials, including melamine! For best results, surfaces should be clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, grease, and other contaminants before applying the adhesive.

2P-10 products can be submerged in water! The adhesive must be completely bonded and DRY beforehand. Properly applied 2P-10 adhesives can be suitable for boat and other water-exposed applications when the manufacturer's application instructions are followed. Always ensure both surfaces are dry and free of debris before bonding.

Fast-Setting Two-Part Adhesive System

The 2P-10 system combines a Part One adhesive with a Part Two activator to create a fast, strong, permanent bond. Simply apply the appropriate 2P-10 adhesive to the prepared surface, apply the activator as directed, and bring the pieces together to create a strong bond.

How to Use 2P-10

A slightly etched or properly prepared surface can allow the adhesive to bite more eFaceframeectively. While 2P-10 should not be used as a replacement for a weld on metal, it can be very eFaceframeective for tacking components in place before welding.

Which 2P-10 Adhesive Viscosity Should I Use?

• Thin: Designed to wick into hairline cracks and very small gaps.
• Medium: Designed for applications involving gaps up to approximately 1/8 in.
• Thick: Provides excellent gap-filling capability and is ideal for binding joints and filling holes.
• Jel: Excellent for filling larger gaps and well suited for trim carpentry applications. Its gel consistency helps prevent unwanted running.
• Rubber-Toughened Thick: Provides increased elasticity in bonded joints and is 10% stronger than standard 2P-10 Thick.
• Rubber-Toughened Jel: Provides elasticity to bonded joints and is 10% stronger than standard 2P-10 Jel.
