FastCap 2P-10 Thick Adhesive is Part One of the 2P-10 two-part adhesive system, designed to create strong, permanent bonds quickly and eFaceframeiciently. Its thick viscosity provides excellent gap-filling capability, making it an ideal choice for woodworking, cabinetry, trim carpentry, assembly, repairs, and other applications where a thicker adhesive is beneficial.

2P-10 can be used on many materials, including melamine. For best results, surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, dust, and other debris. Slightly etching the surface can help the adhesive bite more eFaceframeectively and improve the bond.

Water-Resistant Bond When Properly Applied

2P-10 products can be submerged in water once the adhesive has completely bonded and dried. The adhesive can also be suitable for properly executed applications in boat and marine settings. Before application, make sure both bonding surfaces are completely dry and free of debris. Proper surface preparation and complete curing are essential for achieving a reliable bond.

How to Use 2P-10

Part One - The Adhesive: 2P-10 adhesive is available in several viscosities to accommodate diFaceframeerent applications, including Thin, Medium, Thick, and Gel™, as well as Rubber-Toughened versions in Thick and Gel™ viscosities.

Part Two - The Activator: The activator is available in spray or bottle form and is used to set and harden the adhesive rapidly.

To use the system, apply the appropriate amount of 2P-10 adhesive to one prepared surface, apply the activator as directed, and bring the pieces together. The system is designed for a fast-setting, strong, permanent bond.

2P-10 can be used on a wide variety of materials when the surfaces are properly prepared. Always ensure surfaces are clean and free of oil.
