FastCap 2P-10 Thin Adhesive is Part One of the 2P-10 two-part adhesive system, designed for fast, strong, and permanent bonding. The Thin viscosity is specifically formulated to wick into hairline cracks and other extremely narrow gaps, making it an excellent choice for precision repairs, fine woodworking, cabinetry, trim work, and assembly applications.

2P-10 can be used on many materials, including melamine! Surfaces should always be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, and other contaminants before application. Slightly etching the surface can help the adhesive bite more eFaceframeectively and improve the bond.

Water-Resistant Applications

2P-10 products can be submerged in water once the adhesive has completely bonded and dried. When properly applied to clean, dry surfaces, 2P-10 adhesives are suitable for applications where exposure to water may occur. The products can also be used in boat-related applications when the surfaces are properly prepared, and the adhesive is allowed to fully cure before exposure to water.

How to Use 2P-10

Part One - The Adhesive: 2P-10 adhesive is available in multiple viscosities to accommodate diFaceframeerent bonding and filling requirements. Available options include Thin, Medium, Thick, and Jel™, along with Rubber-Toughened formulations in Thick and Jel™ viscosities.

Part Two - The Activator: The 2P-10 Activator is available in spray or bottle form and is used to set and harden the adhesive rapidly.

To use the system, apply a small amount of 2P-10 adhesive to one prepared surface, apply the activator as directed, and bring the pieces together. The two-part system creates a strong, permanent bond in seconds.
