5mm x 40mm Confirmat Cabinet Assembly - Qty:1000

Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) and Knock-Down (KD) furniture can now be assembled with ease.

Confirmat screws are designed specifically for Melamine, MDF or Particle Board applications. One part is attached at a 90° angle to the adjoining part.

The 5mm x 40mm size Confirmat Screw is the size for 1/2 in thick stock.

FEATURES:

Shoulder under screw head is designed to act like a steel pin strengthening the joint.
Deep threads securely pull the two members together
#2 Pozi Drive recess requires a #2 Pozi Drive Driver bit
Screw head will seat itself just below the surface and will receive a screw cap for decorative purposes.

INSTALLATION:

Pre-drill using a stepped drill bit (MS-5040)
Drive Confirmat screw to securely join the two members.
Cover screw head with screw cap.

NOTE:

Use #2 PoziDrive Bit for best engagement (HPD-0210, HPD-0220, HPD-0260)
Screw Caps (White 5041-CAP)
