5 MM Confirmat Screw Kit

Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) and Knock-Down (KD) furniture can now be assembled with ease.

Confirmat screws are designed specifically for Melamine, MDF, or Particle Board applications. One part is attached at a 90-degree angle to the adjoining part.

The 5mm x 40mm size Confirmat Screw is the size for 1/2 in thick stock.

Kit includes everything you need to begin using Confirmat Fasteners. Confirmat Fasteners are perfect for building cabinets made of Melamine, MDF, or Particle Board Panels.

Features:

• The Shoulder under the screw head is designed to act like a steel pin, strengthening the joint.
• Deep threads securely pull the two members together
• #2 Pozi Drive recess require a #2 Pozi Drive Driver bit
• The Screw head will seat itself just below the surface and will receive a screw cap for decorative purposes.

INSTALLATION:

• Pre-drill using a stepped drill bit (MS-5040)
• Drive Confirmat screw to join the two members securely.
• Cover screw head with screw cap.

• Use #2 PoziDrive Bit for best engagement (HPD-0210, HPD-0220, HPD-0260)
