The system is available for standard doors, wide-angle doors, diagonal corner applications, pie-cut corner applications, frameless cabinets, and face-frame cabinets. Tiomos® hinges are available in 45mm or 42mm boring patterns for dowelled hinges and a 45mm pattern for screw-on hinges.

Precise Three-Dimensional Adjustment

Fine-tuning cabinet doors is quick and precise with the Tiomos® three-dimensional adjustment system. Depth adjustment provides a continuous +3/–2mm range using a self-locking worm screw, helping installers achieve accurate door positioning without unwanted movement after adjustment.

Depending on the base plate selected, height adjustment of ±2mm can be accomplished through the hinge arm using the appropriate adjustment mechanism. Side adjustment of ±2mm is also incorporated into the hinge arm, allowing cabinet doors to be aligned accurately for consistent reveals and professional-looking installations.
