The Tiomos hinge incorporates sophisticated internal kinematics that are concealed within the hinge while coordinating the movement of the cabinet door. This integrated mechanism provides smooth operation, easy door opening, and controlled movement while helping maintain consistent door gaps.

Precise 3D Cabinet Door Adjustment

Tiomos hinges provide three-dimensional adjustment to make fine alignment easier after installation. Independent height, side-to-side, and depth adjustments allow cabinet doors to be positioned accurately and aligned with adjacent doors.

• Depth adjustment: +3/-2 mm using a continuous, self-locking worm-gear mechanism built into the hinge.

Integrated Soft-Close Performance

The Tiomos soft-close mechanism provides smooth, controlled closing action for a quieter and more refined cabinet experience. For typical cabinet doors, Grass recommends combining one soft-close hinge with one self-close hinge to achieve an appropriate closing rate. Heavier doors should use two soft-close hinges for additional closing control.
