The SAND+AID is a clamp system for Orbital Sanders, a vibration-reducing extension pole/handle attachment.

The SAND+AID allows your corded orbital sander to be used with an extension pole or other useful handle types. The SAND+AID eliminates sore knees and back pain when sanding Decks, Stairs, Siding, Boats, Facia, or wood flooring, and reduces the risk of a ladder injury. A smarter way to sand safely and comfortably.

The SAND+AID is a universal orbital palm sander attachment with a "PATENTED" ergonomic vibration-reducing design, a threaded female pole/handle receptacle, and a 180-degree adjustable angle lock. It can be easily attached to most 5-in. corded orbital palm sanders. The SAND+AID is constructed of SOLID lightweight aluminum, a series of vibration-absorbing spacers, and durable steel hardware. This unique combination of parts allows the sander to maintain its sanding integrity while attached to an extension pole and reduces the vibration transferred to the pole and operator. Once attached, a variety of other handles can be used in addition to a standard extension pole.
