FastCap 2P-10 Part-1 Jel Adhesive is the adhesive component of the proven 2P-10 Two-Part / 10-Second Adhesive System. Designed for fast, dependable bonding, the Jel viscosity provides excellent gap-filling performance while staying exactly where you apply it. It is especially useful for trim carpentry, assembly, repairs, and applications where a non-running adhesive is preferred.

2P-10 can be used on many materials, including melamine. For best results, surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, debris, and other contaminants. Slightly etching the surface can help the adhesive bite more eFaceframeectively and create a strong bond.

Two-Part System for Fast, Permanent Bonds

2P-10 works as a two-part adhesive system. Part One is the adhesive, while Part Two is the activator. Simply apply the Jel Adhesive to one surface, spray the appropriate activator, and bring the surfaces together for a fast, strong bond.

The 2P-10 system can be used in a variety of applications and materials when surfaces are properly prepared. Once fully bonded and dry, 2P-10 products can be submerged in water. Which 2P-10 Viscosity Should I Use?

• Thin: Designed to wick into hairline cracks and very tight spaces.
• Medium: Designed for wicking into cracks up to approximately 1/8 in.
• Thick: Provides excellent gap-filling capacity and is ideal for binding joints and filling holes.
• Jel™: Excellent for filling larger gaps and ideal for trim carpentry. The non-running formula provides greater control during application.
• Rubber-Toughened Thick: Provides elasticity to joints and is 10% stronger than standard 2P-10 Thick.

How to Use 2P-10
