The Apollo Falcon™ Spray FS4 HVLP Paint Spray System is a performance-driven 4-stage turbine designed to deliver powerful atomization, efficient coating transfer, and dependable operation for a wide range of finishing applications. With dual external air filtration, QT™ Quiet Technology, and a fully ventilated turbine case, the Falcon-4 is engineered for strong performance while helping promote longer motor life.

With up to 9.0 PSI of sealed pressure, the Falcon-4 provides more available atomizing pressure than many other 4-stage turbine systems in its class. This additional power allows the system to handle a broad range of coating viscosities, making it suitable for projects ranging from woodworking and cabinetry to automotive, marine, agricultural, and industrial applications. The system includes the Apollo E7000 spray gun for a complete HVLP finishing solution.

Powerful HVLP Performance

The Falcon-4 delivers 9.0 PSI of sealed pressure for efficient atomization of many types of finishes. Its HVLP design is engineered for high transfer efficiency, helping put more coating on the project surface and less into the air. Compared with conventional compressed-air systems, documented transfer efficiency of 80% or more can help reduce coating consumption and provide potential material savings.

Dual Air Filtration and Cooling

Two automotive-grade external air filters help remove airborne particulates before they reach the turbine, supporting clean and consistent airflow. Inside the durable case, 16 cooling louvers help draw heated air away from the motor area. This efficient ventilation design helps manage operating temperatures and supports extended motor life.

QT™ Quiet Technology

Computer-designed QT™ Quiet Technology helps reduce operating noise for a more comfortable spraying experience. The result is a turbine system that delivers the power needed for demanding finishing work while helping create a more pleasant work environment.

25 ft. Flexible Spray Hose

Lightweight alloy quick-connect couplers are located at both ends, while the exclusive Ultra-Flex™ whip hose at the spray-gun end promotes greater flexibility and ease of movement while spraying.

Handi-Hold™ Spray Gun Docking Station

The integrated Handi-Hold™ spray gun docking station with Redi-Loc provides a convenient place to store, hold, or transport the spray gun and other accessories. It helps keep the gun secure between applications and reduces the risk of accidentally knocking it over while working.
