The Apollo® Falcon™ Spray FS3 HVLP Paint Spray System combines professional-level spraying performance with an efficient 3-stage turbine design. Made in the USA, this compact system is an excellent choice for professional hobbyists, serious DIYers, and occasional finishers who need reliable HVLP performance without the size and complexity of a larger compressed-air setup. The Falcon-3 is designed to spray a wide variety of thin- to medium-viscosity finishes for automotive, marine, woodworking, aircraft, fencing, and other finishing applications.
This Falcon-3 system is supplied with the Apollo 7700GTO spray gun, providing a versatile finishing solution designed for smooth, controlled atomization and efficient coating application. With 7.0 PSI of sealed pressure, advanced filtration, Quiet Technology, and a durable all-metal housing, the Falcon-3 delivers the performance and convenience needed for consistent finishing results.
The efficient 3-stage turbine generates up to 7.0 PSI of sealed pressure to provide excellent atomization across a broad range of finishes. The system is designed to deliver the controlled airflow needed for HVLP spraying while helping maximize coating transfer and minimize overspray. Documented transfer efficiency of more than 80% and coating savings of up to 38% compared with compressed-air systems make the Falcon-3 an economical choice for finishing projects.
The Falcon-3 features a dual external air filtration system using automotive-grade filters to help remove airborne particulates before they reach the turbine. Effective filtration helps maintain clean airflow for consistent spray performance while protecting the turbine components. Sixteen cooling louvers help move heated air out of the inner case, promoting efficient operation and helping extend motor life.
Computer-designed QT™ Quiet Technology helps reduce operating noise for a more comfortable spraying experience. The quieter turbine design makes it easier to work for extended periods while maintaining the airflow and pressure needed for quality HVLP finishing.
The Falcon-3 7700GTO package includes the versatile Apollo 7700GTO spray gun, giving you a complete turbine spray system for a wide variety of finishing applications. The system is well suited for spraying thin- to medium-viscosity coatings on projects ranging from furniture and cabinetry to automotive, marine, aircraft, and general maintenance applications.
The integrated Handi-Hold™ Spray Gun Docking Station with Redi-Loc provides a convenient place to store, hold, or transport your spray gun and accessories. The dedicated docking area helps keep your spray gun secure when it is not in use and reduces the risk of accidentally knocking the gun over during a project.
A 25 ft. (7.6 m) flexible hose provides generous working range between the turbine and spray gun. Lightweight alloy quick couplers make connections fast and convenient, while the exclusive Ultra-Flex™ whip hose at the spray gun end improves flexibility and maneuverability as you work around your project.
The Falcon-3 features a compact, durable all-metal main case with a black powder-coated finish designed to withstand the demands of workshop and jobsite use. Full ventilation works with the cooling louvers and dual filtration system to support reliable turbine operation. An integrated carry handle makes the unit easy to move and position wherever your finishing project takes you.
From woodworking and cabinetry to cars, boats, planes, fencing, and other projects, the Apollo Falcon-3 offers a practical combination of power, portability, filtration, and spray control. Its efficient turbine design eliminates the need for a traditional compressed-air compressor, while the included 7700GTO spray gun provides the versatility needed for a wide range of finishing materials.
