They are called 5 mm screws because they are designed to work with the 5 mm holes in a 32 mm system.
Our Euro Screws are available in a nickel finish that perfectly matches the “European” hardware used on your projects. These small screws have a Blunt Type B point that allows them to have maximum holding power in a pre-drilled hole. The aggressive deep thread design insures maximum holding power in MDF and Particle board as well as hardwoods.
These screws are designed to be used with 32 mm cabinet construction.
FEATURES:
- Head sized to fit in most European designed slides where the slide is attached to the inside cabinet wall
- Euro screws work well with melamine, and particle board materials.
While Euro screws fit the slides to attach to the side wall of the cabinet, be advised that most slides require #6 undercut headed screws to attach the slides to the drawer box.
