Easy Miller Dowel Installation

The Miller Dowel system is designed for straightforward installation. Align and securely clamp the wood components being joined, then drill the stepped pilot hole using the included TruFit™ drill bit. Apply wood glue to the ribbed sections of the dowel and insert it into the prepared hole.

The dowel is designed to self-center with the second board, helping simplify alignment during assembly. Tap the dowel completely into position, then trim and sand the exposed portion flush with the surface. The resulting joint provides clean, natural-looking wood joinery without exposed metal fasteners.
