Thick and Thin Material Tip Set

This Apollo Thick/Thin Tip Kit includes a Type B air cap, a 0.75 mm tip and needle set, and a 2.0 mm needle set. The smaller 0.75 mm setup is well suited for thinner finishing materials such as lacquer, while the larger 2.0 mm needle set is designed to handle thicker coatings such as latex paint.

Matching the spray gun setup to the viscosity of the material gives you greater control over your finishing process and helps your Apollo HVLP system perform efficiently across a wider range of coatings. This makes the kit a practical accessory for woodworkers, furniture finishers, cabinetmakers, and other users who require flexibility from their Apollo spray equipment.

The kit is designed for use with the Apollo 3-Stage Heavy-Duty Turbine System APS-0800Q, also known as Apollo Model 825, as well as previous-model Apollo spray guns. It provides additional tip and needle options without requiring a separate spray gun for different material types. Spray gun and turbine system are sold separately.
