Why spend time calibrating a miter gauge when you can get exceptional accuracy right out of the box? The Kreg® Precision Miter Gauge System is factory calibrated and designed to deliver accurate, repeatable results with minimal setup. Positive stops at 0°, 10°, 22 1/2°, 30°, and 45° make it quick and easy to set common angles for precise miter cuts.

When your project calls for a more precise or unusual angle, the easy-to-use Vernier scale allows adjustments in 1/10-degree increments. The system also features a long, anodized aluminum fence and integrated stop system that make it easy to position workpieces and produce accurate, repeatable cuts.

Precision is the name of the game with this CNC-milled miter gauge. Every feature is designed with accuracy and ease of use in mind, from the rugged anodized aluminum fence to the versatile Swing Stop and highly precise Vernier scale. Together, these features help you achieve cleaner, more consistent cuts and greater confidence on every woodworking project.

Precision Lens Cursor
The clear Precision Lens Cursor features a high-visibility red reference line that makes it easy to position the Swing Stop accurately. Similar to the lens found on a quality table saw rip fence, it provides a clear reference for making precise, repeatable cuts.

Eliminate Play in the Miter Slot
The extremely straight 24 in. (610mm) anodized aluminum miter-gauge bar measures 3/8 in. (9.5mm) thick by 3/4 in. (19mm) wide. Five adjustable bar adjusters allow you to fine-tune the fit and eliminate unwanted play in the miter slot with a simple screwdriver adjustment.

Versatile Swing Stop
The Swing Stop slides smoothly along the Precision Miter Gauge fence and locks securely into position with the turn of a knob. Its curved foot allows you to swing the stop temporarily out of the way without removing it. This makes it possible to square one end of a board, flip the workpiece around, and cut it to final length without repositioning the stop.

Add a Sacrificial Fence
The Swing Stop features a break-away design that allows you to add a versatile, heavy-duty sacrificial fence to the 24 in. aluminum fence. A sacrificial fence can provide additional support for certain cutting applications and can be attached according to the instructions in the included Miter Gauge Handbook.

Using the Swing Stop with a Sacrificial Fence

For additional workpiece support, a sacrificial fence can be attached to the 24 in. aluminum fence. Refer to the Miter Gauge Handbook for detailed attachment instructions.

Consider an Extra Swing Stop

If you plan to use the Swing Stop with a sacrificial fence, consider purchasing an additional Swing Stop. The break-off tab on the Swing Stop must be removed when configuring it for use with a sacrificial fence. Once the tab is removed, that Swing Stop is intended for use with the sacrificial fence and cannot be used in its original configuration.

Having an extra Swing Stop gives you the flexibility to keep one stop configured for use with a sacrificial fence and another for standard applications. Refer to the owner's manual for complete details.
