Frameless (Euro Style)

• Full access cabinets are popular in Europe. They do not have a face frame. The doors are attached directly to the cabinet box and are flush with the edge of the box.
• Frameless does not mean less quality! Frameless only means there is no frame. This allows full access to the cabinetry.
• Most frameless cabinets have thicker sides than framed cabinetry, and because there is no lip and the drawers/doors are wider
• Frameless Cabinets (a.k.a full access) cabinets have about 15#37; more storage space than their traditional counterparts.

Kinematics Built Into Tiomos Hinges:

• The complex inner workings of this high-tech hinge are hidden from view, but they are most impressive when working as one. With the new kinematics in place the doors are extremely easy to open. This mechanism makes alignment with the smallest of gaps and reveals possible opening up new possibilities to cabinet designers.
• For fine adjustment, the Tiomos hinge system offers three-dimensional adjustment-
• Depth adjustment (#43;3/#45;2mm) is based on the worm gear built into the hinge. It is continuous and self-locking.
• Side adjustment (plusmn; 2mm) is on the hinge arm.
• The Plate in this Kit allows for height adjustment (plusmn; 2mm) via a worm gear

Achieved Overlay based on common cup-hole distance:

• The door overlay is achieved as a combination of 3 factors: the cup hole distance_(b), the type of hinge, and the height of the plate.
• This kit is based on a cup hole distance of between 4 and 6 mm (5/32 in. to 15/64 in.) If your cup-hole distance is outside this range, please contact McFeely's Technical Support for the correct hinge and plate combination.

Door Thickness:

• This kit will work with doors up to 24 mm (approx. 15/16 in.) thick. If your doors are thicker, please contact McFeely's Technical Support for help selecting hinge components.

Footnotes:

For Most cabinet doors, a combination of 1 Soft-Close and 1 Self-Close Hinge delivers the optimal close rate. Heavier doors should use 2 soft close hinges.
Cup-Hole Distance is the measure from the edge of the cabinet door to the closest edge of the cup hole.
