Three-Dimensional Adjustment

The Grass Tiomos hinge system provides independent adjustment in three directions, making it easier to fine-tune cabinet door position during installation or after the cabinet has been put into service.

• Depth Adjustment: +3/-2mm continuous adjustment is controlled by a built-in worm gear. The adjustment is self-locking to help maintain the selected position.
• Side Adjustment: ±2mm lateral adjustment is made directly on the hinge arm for precise door-to-door and door-to-cabinet alignment.
• Height Adjustment: ±2mm vertical adjustment is provided through the included mounting plate using an integrated worm gear.

Inset 2mm Reveal

This single door kit is configured for an inset application with an approximately 2mm reveal between the cabinet door and cabinet box. The hinge and mounting plate combination is selected to provide the intended inset door position when installed using the specified cup-hole distance.

Cup-Hole Distance and Door Position

Proper cabinet door positioning depends on the relationship between the hinge cup-hole distance, hinge configuration, and mounting plate height. This kit is designed around a cup-hole distance of 4–6mm (5/32–15/64 in.).
