Orange Oil

Orange Oil is General Finishes most popular and natural furniture care product.

It can be used on any cured finish and does a superb job of removing everyday dirt and dust. Orange Oil is all-natural, non-combustible with a fresh orange scent. Designed for use on interior wood finishes. Orange oil is great for routine furniture maintenance, antique restoration and as a lubricant when buffing topcoat.

Orange Oil is produced in the cells of the rinds of oranges. If you have ever peeled and orange and had that squirt hit you in the face or even your eye, that was propably orange oil. Orange oil is extracted from the rinds of oranges that are used to make orange juice. The process is using centrifuge to create a cold pressed oil.

Orange oil contains a compound that is a mild irritant that disolves protective skin oils. It is recommended that you use gloves when working with Orange Oil.
