The Freud Dial-A-Width Stacked Dado Set makes creating precise, paper-tight dado joints easier without the need for traditional shims. Its patented Dial-A-Width technology uses specially designed hubs on the outside cutters that can be stacked together or combined with the included chippers to provide continuous dado-width adjustment from 1/4 in. to 29/32 in.. Built-in detents provide precise 0.004 in. fixed increments, allowing you to quickly fine-tune a cut and return to a previously used width.

Designed for versatility, the Dial-A-Width dado set can be configured for use on both right-tilt and left-tilt table saws. The factory-supplied right-tilt arbor configuration can be easily converted when needed. Precision Cutting for Veneered Materials

Each carbide-tipped outside blade features 12 scoring teeth and 12 flat-top ground teeth. The included chippers feature flat-top ground teeth with the same negative hook geometry for clean, consistent dado cuts.
