Finally, a Lay-Flat MeasureMost tape measures are designed for carpenters, not cabinetmakers. Their self-supporting blade is great on a construction site, but the dished cross-section makes getting an accurate measurement tough. This innovative new tape measure has a flat (non-self-supporting) blade that is perfect for cabinetmakers. It simply lays flat on the workpiece making it easy to take measurements without rocking, and the hook is rigidly attached, eliminating any measurement error caused by movement. The scale is graduated in 1/16" increments, marked every 1/8", and includes space on the lower edge for pencil notes. Made in China.
