Always pick a blade with the correct number of teeth per inch (TPI) to keep 3 teeth in the material at all times. So 6 TPI is for thick material whereas 36 TPI is for very thin material. Remember also that the thickness of the blade will determine how stiff the blade is and the blade height will determine how tight a radius it will cut. All Bosch Jig Saw Blades have the Bosch “T” shank and will fit any competitors' jig saw that uses the “T” shank system. Made in Switzerland.
