Apollo PRECISION-6 PRO Turbo Paint Spray System
The Apollo PRECISION-6 PRO is an advanced 6-stage TrueHVLP™ paint spray system engineered for professionals and serious finishers who demand precise atomization, exceptional transfer efficiency, and the power to spray a wide variety of coatings. With enhanced turbine power and exclusive control features, the PRECISION-6 PRO delivers consistent spraying performance for demanding finishing applications.
Designed to handle an extensive range of materials, the PRECISION-6 PRO can spray solvent- or water-based coatings, clear or pigmented finishes, faux paints, gelcoat, latex (emulsion), multi-spec materials, and specialized Italian waterborne coatings. Its powerful 6-stage turbine provides the performance needed to spray thick Italian waterborne paints without thinning, helping simplify finishing applications while maintaining excellent control.
Advanced TrueHVLP™ Technology
The PRECISION-6 PRO combines high-performance turbine power with advanced pressure and system monitoring technology. Its TrueHVLP™ design produces controlled atomizing pressure for professional-quality results while helping maximize coating transfer and reduce material waste.
Precision Pressure Control System
The exclusive Pressure Control System (PCS™) automatically regulates motor speed, voltage, and amperage to maintain precise atomizing pressure. The system adjusts for changes in altitude and barometric pressure, helping provide consistent spray performance across different working environments.
Powerful & Efficient Performance
With 11.5 PSI sealed pressure, the PRECISION-6 PRO delivers the power required for fine atomization across a broad range of coatings. Documented transfer efficiency of more than 80% helps put more finish on the workpiece and less into overspray. Compared with compressed-air and airless systems, it can also provide documented coating savings of more than 38%.
LCD Message Center
The built-in LCD Message Center keeps important system information readily available while you work. Real-time monitoring includes an hour meter, pressure readings accurate to 1/10th PSI, idle status, and filter and temperature warnings. This information makes it easier to monitor system operation and maintain reliable performance.
PowerPause™ Motor Protection
PowerPause™ automatically places the turbine into a 60-second idle mode when appropriate, helping reduce unnecessary motor operation and heat during all-day spraying applications. The feature is designed to promote longer motor life and cooler operation while maintaining the highest available flow pressure when spraying resumes. U.S. Patent 9,599,117 B2.
QuadraClean™ Dual Air Filtration
The QuadraClean™ filtration system uses dual automotive-grade, washable air filters to protect both the motor cooling and air intake sides of the turbine. The filters help maintain clean airflow, promote cooler operation, and extend motor life. Because the filters are reusable, they can be washed with mild soap and water for convenient long-term maintenance.
32-Foot Apollo-Flex™ Air Hose
The included 32 ft. Apollo-Flex™ hose provides generous working range for large projects while maintaining flexibility and maneuverability. Lightweight alloy quick couplers are installed at both ends, while the exclusive Ultra-Flex™ whip hose connects to the spray gun. The reinforced helix construction is designed for durability and flexibility while helping reduce wrist and arm fatigue during extended spraying sessions.
Handi-Hold™ Spray Gun Docking Station
The integrated Handi-Hold™ docking station provides a convenient place to store, hold, or transport the spray gun and other accessories when they are not in use.

| SPECS: | The Standard package comes with the deluxe cleaning kit, viscosity cup, and blow off tool. The Plus package comes with those same accessories plus the 1.5MM and 1.8MM needle and nozzle sets and the C-HS air cap. The customer can choose what needle, nozzle, and air cap they want installed in the gun for the Standard package.
