The enhanced POWER-4 four-stage turbine provides approximately 12% more power than comparable systems in its class, giving you the performance needed to spray a broader range of coatings and finishes. From thin stains and lacquers to higher-viscosity paints and protective coatings, the POWER-4 is engineered to provide excellent atomization when materials are prepared at the manufacturer's recommended viscosity.

The system can support multiple spray guns when used with the optional A4227 Y-Connector. The POWER-4 is also available with Apollo's AtomiZer 7700 series spray gun configurations, providing flexibility for different spraying requirements and material capacities.

AtomiZer 7700GT Spray Gun

The included 7700GT AtomiZer spray gun combines advanced TrueHVLP technology with precise material and fan control for professional-quality finishing. Its durable, lightweight, and balanced gun body is precision manufactured from aircraft-grade aluminum and finished in a plated matte-bronze design.

The 7700T series features dual air and material inputs, a material adjustment knob with plus/minus indicators, and an improved air distributor. The 3-turn Air Cap design makes changing nozzle and needle sizes quick and easy, allowing the gun to accommodate a wide range of coatings and spraying applications.

Precision Atomization and Fan Control

Apollo's MicroTech Atomization Technology is designed to produce fine atomization for smooth, professional finishes. The Xpansive™ Fan Control Ring provides precise fan adjustment, helping you control the spray pattern for detailed work as well as larger surfaces.

The 7700T spray gun uses marine-grade stainless steel for its wetted internal components and is engineered without O-rings in the material path for durability and reliability. Multiple nozzle and needle sizes allow you to match the spray setup to the coating and application.

Air Requirements

The 7700T spray gun has a maximum required air pressure and volume of 23 PSI / 7–11 CFM when used with an appropriate air source.

Important Note

The POWER-4 is equipped with an internal air relief valve to accommodate a non-bleed-style turbine spray gun. Because of this design, the actual flow pressure may vary from the sealed pressure specification listed above.
