Need to return a product? (Return Policy)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
We have a 30-day no-question return policy on Festool products, but the product must be returned complete with all packaging materials, in saleable condition, or it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For all other products, refunds or exchanges will be issued for returned merchandise received within 60 days of purchase (invoice date).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase at email@example.com Prior authorization is required for any returned merchandise. All sales for clearance items are final. Return fees may be applied at McFeely’s discretion to, but not limited to, special orders, out of stock items and orders with quantities purchased in "bulk". All returned product must be accompanied with paperwork, customer contact information and the RMA number provided by McFeelys.
If your refund is less than $20.00 we will issue you store credit.
