Abocrete Concrete Repair is a high-performance liquid epoxy compound designed for permanently patching, rebuilding, leveling, and resurfacing concrete and other rigid surfaces. This light gray epoxy repair system is ideal for industrial floors, loading docks, sidewalks, driveways, stairs, parking decks, ship docks, and other areas exposed to demanding traffic and wear.

Abocrete is especially effective for repairing pitted, spalled, worn, cracked, or damaged concrete. When combined with sand or aggregate, it forms a cement-like epoxy compound that can be adjusted for different applications and thicknesses. The cured repair provides excellent strength and durability while helping eliminate uneven surfaces and tripping hazards in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Durable Concrete Repair for Demanding Applications

Abocrete provides a strong bond to concrete and most rigid surfaces and stands up to heavy forklift and truck traffic. It can also be used for anchoring posts and railings and for installing machinery, precast components, columns, and other equipment. When used with forms, the epoxy compound can rebuild damaged steps, vertical columns, and other structural shapes.

Adjustable Epoxy Repair Compound

Abocrete is easy to mix and apply using simple hand tools or a brush, paint roller, or squeegee. Add sand or aggregate to change the viscosity and create the consistency needed for patching, resurfacing, rebuilding, or coating applications. The resulting epoxy compound is self-leveling and shrink-free, providing a durable finish that is stronger than conventional concrete.

For floors and decks, Abocrete can be applied as a coating and made slip resistant by broadcasting sand over the wet epoxy. The cured material is resistant to salt water, oils, and other chemicals that can deteriorate conventional concrete, making it suitable for harsh service environments.

Cold Weather and Wet Surface Applications

For cold, sub-freezing weather or wet surface conditions, Abocrete A can be blended with Abocure 7912-1 at a ratio of 2 parts Abocrete A to 1 part Abocure 7912-1 by volume for patching and resurfacing applications.
