3M™ Particulate Filter 5N11, N95

The 3M™ Particulate Filter 5N11, N95 is a replaceable respiratory filter designed to help provide protection against certain non-oil-based particles when used with compatible 3M™ respirator systems. NIOSH approved and rated N95, the filter removes at least 95% of airborne particles under the conditions specified by the N95 classification.

The 5N11 filter is designed for use with 3M™ Respirators 5000 Series and 3M™ Cartridges 6000 Series. When particulate protection is needed along with gas and vapor cartridges, the 5N11 can be installed over compatible 3M™ cartridges using a 3M™ 501 Filter Retainer. It can also be used with the 3M™ 603 Filter Adapter and 501 Retainer for particulate filtration.

This versatile particulate filter is suitable for a wide range of workplace applications where certain non-oil-based particles may be present. Potential applications include spray painting, petrochemical and chemical manufacturing, pesticide spraying, mineral and coal processing, cotton and flour processing, welding, brazing, metal cutting, and other operations that generate qualifying particulates or metal fumes.
