Festool Titan 180 grit abrasive discs are designed for efficient preliminary, intermediate, and final sanding of repair compounds, fillers, paint, and other finish materials. Premium abrasive grading helps minimize oversized abrasive particles that can scour or scratch the work surface, providing more consistent sanding results.

These 5 in. diameter Hook & Loop abrasive discs feature a 9-hole pattern and are designed for use with the Festool ES 125 EQ Random Orbit Sander and RO 125 FEQ Rotex Sander. The 180 grit abrasive provides an aggressive cut for material removal while maintaining the controlled sanding performance expected from the Festool system.

Aluminum Oxide Abrasive with Stearate

Made with aluminum oxide abrasive and a stearate coating on flexible paper, Titan abrasives are well suited for sanding solid surfaces, automotive compounds, fillers, primers, and paint systems. The flexible paper backing conforms well to the work surface while supporting consistent abrasive performance.

Note: These abrasives are not suitable for sanding waterborne finishes.
