A carbon steel fastener designed for composite and PVC decking and Trim Boards
Deck-Drive DCU Composite Screws are engineered to provide a cleanly seated screw head which blends in beautifully with various composite deck boards.
FEATURES:
- Quik Guard for medium corrosion resistance
- Tri-lobe thread design cuts through composite material with minumal damage
- Six-lobe Star Drive helps prevent Cam-out and head stripping
- Cap Head prevents mushrooming
- Reverse Upper Threads push material back into screw hole.
INSTALLATION NOTES:
- Coverage = Approximately 350 screws per 100 square feet (6 in. nominal-width decking boards secured to joists spaced 16 in. on center)
- Use with T-20 x 6 lobe driving bit.
Use Stainless Steel for SEASIDE, POOLSIDE, or Salt-Spray exposure.
