McFeely's® ProMaster-Plus™ Wood Screws are designed for dependable fastening in woodworking, cabinetry, furniture, and general hardware installation. These 10 x 1-1/2 in. screws feature a washer-style head for increased bearing surface and a saw-tooth thread design that helps the screw cut into wood for strong holding power.
Saw-tooth threads near the tip help the screw start cutting into wood quickly while improving thread engagement. This design makes the ProMaster-Plus™ screws well suited for attaching surface-mounted door hinges, hasps, brackets, and other hardware. Pilot holes are still recommended when working with fine cabinetry or hardwoods.
The round washer head provides a broad bearing surface that helps distribute clamping pressure over a larger area. This head style is especially useful when fastening hardware where a secure, stable connection is important.
Made from hardened steel, these wood screws provide the strength needed for demanding woodworking and hardware applications. The black finish gives the screws a clean, understated appearance that works well with black hardware and other dark finishes.
The #2 Combo recess accommodates a compatible combination-drive screwdriver or driver bit, providing convenient installation with commonly used shop and jobsite tools.
Use McFeely's® ProMaster-Plus™ 10 x 1-1/2 in. black washer head screws for woodworking, cabinetry, furniture construction, hardware installation, repairs, and other projects requiring a strong, washer-head wood screw with a convenient combo drive.
