Space Balls provide an easy, reliable way to center raised panels within cabinet door frames while allowing solid wood panels to expand and contract naturally. These flexible spacers compress to create a snug fit between the panel and door frame, helping prevent rattling while reducing stress that can lead to cracking or splitting.

INSTALLATION:

• Use a minimum of 2 Space Balls per side of the panel. Additional spacers may be used on longer panels.
• For a reliable expansion joint, cut the rail and stile grooves deep enough so the Space Ball does not compress more than approximately 1/3 of its diameter.
