Stainless Acorn Nut 1/4-20
An acorn nut, also called a blind nut, cap nut, crown hex nut, domed cap nut, or dome nut.
It is a nut with a domed end on one side and threads on the lower end. Used with a machine-threaded fastener with external or male threads. The domed end will enclose the threads to protect the thread or nearby objects from contact with the thread. The dome gives a more finished appearance.
These Acorn nuts are made of 18-8 or 316 Stainless Steel to resist corrosion.
These are low, or the standard acorn nuts.
