Multilength Zinc-Plated Machine Screw
Just break off the unneeded length These are perfect for mounting drawer pulls and other hardware items that do not require significant strength. The shank of this 8-32 truss-head machine screw is scored at 3/4", 1", 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" so the unneeded length is easily broken off, leaving a clean thread. Head diameter is .95 – 1.12", thickness is .364 – .384".

Designed for Euro drawer slides Flat-head screw heads don’t seat properly in the Eurostyle drawer-slide mounting holes. This screw’s undercut head matches the slide material thickness of Grass Euro slides as well as most other brands, so the screw seats properly. Use our self-centering bit #MS-5107 to predrill for at least two mounting screws on each slide before drilling all of the mounting holes. Zinc plated, #2 Phillips drive.

These screws have sharp, self-drilling points to minimize predrilling. For best alignment, however, use a self-centering bit, such as our #MS-5107 for at least two of the mounting holes on the cabinet half of the slide. That will keep everything in place should one of the screws wander. Phillips drive, nickel plated.

For best results, use our 5mm self-centering pilot-hole drill #MS-6006. Packages of 16 provide the correct quantity to mount Euro-style drawer slides.
