Gift Card instructions

McFeely's Gift Cards lets that "hard to buy for" person select what they want!

When Will I Receive My Gift Card?

• Gift cards purchased on business days by 2:00 PM EST will be sent the same day.
• Gift cards will be sent by first-class mail or included in your product shipment if you purchased other items at the same time.
• A valid email address is required for gift card orders.

In a rush? - Customers with a valid email address on file at time of purchase will receive an email confirmation with the 16-digit redemption code included. The code is valid immediately.

Purchasing Gift Cards:

1. Sign in to your customer account if you are a registered customer. For Guest Checkout, go to step 2.
2. Click on the gift card product you desire to purchase (click on the gift card picture above)
3. Add the gift card to your shopping cart (you may add as many gift cards as you would like to your cart)
4. Proceed to check out.
5. The security code and account login under the assigned email address are needed to redeem gift cards online or call us.

Customers with valid email will receive an email confirmation.
Don't have an email? - No worries; a physical card with the redemption code will be sent.

Card Redemption:

Gift cards can be redeemed at check out when payment is requested. Gift cards are valid for a period of 5 years after purchase.

1. Click the gift-card button
2. Enter the 16-digit gift card redemption code found on the back of the card or sent with the confirmation email.

Your gift card will be applied to the due amount. If the card has more funds than the amount due, the difference will be kept on file for future use.

Gift Card Terms and Security:

• The gift card code will work for anyone who uses it so long as there is an unredeemed balance on the card. You and the gift recipient are responsible to safeguard the number. McFeely's is not responsible for unsafeguarded gift card numbers.
• Gift Cards cannot be converted into cash and are not refundable.
• Gift Cards are subject to State of Ohio and Federal laws.
