Express Shipping Policy


At this time, only orders shipped by standard ground shipping or Free Shipping (as stated above) can be placed on-line. All other orders must be placed directly with our Customer Service Department. Orders that must be placed directly with our Customer Service Department include: 

  • Delivery address outside the Continental US (lower 48 states plus the District of Columbia)
  • Items that are drop shipped (contact Customer Service for details)
  • Express shipping
  • Large or heavy shipments requiring truck or motor freight.



  • By law, McFeely’s® must collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Ohio.
  • Most orders are shipped by the next business day. McFeely’s is known for shipping orders quickly. Because of this, we may not be able to change your order after it is submitted, so please verify its accuracy. 
  • Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the prices on our website. However, prices are subject to change without notice, and errors are subject to correction. 
  • McFeely’s respects your privacy and does not share your email address with other parties for any reason. Your email address will be used solely by McFeely’s for the purpose of notifying you of order status, new products and special offers.
