ORDERS THAT MUST BE PHONED INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Currently, all orders placed online are shipped by standard ground shipping or UPS ground. All other orders must be placed directly with our Customer Service Department. Orders that must be phoned to the Customer Service Department include:
Delivery address outside the Continental US (lower 48 states plus the District of Columbia)
Drop ship items often have extra handling charges, contact us for the details.
Large or heavy shipments requiring truck or motor freight.
