If you only drill pocket holes occasionally, this is the jig for you. It has the quality and attention to detail that has made Kreg synonymous with pocket hole joinery. The Mini has a durable hardened steel drill guide bushing to assure a cleanly cut, precisely located pocket hole. For 3/4" stock, simply align the Mini to the edge of the joint, then clamp it to the board with user-supplied Kreg™ locking pliers or other clamp and drill the pocket hole with the standard 3/8" Kreg™ Counterbore Bit. Kit includes Kreg’s Mini Pocket Jig with drill bit and stop collar. Clamp not included. Made in USA.

Taking the pocket jig plunge
By Gandy Man

If you have been thinking that you'd like to - or need to - or want to fasten something this way, you can not go wrong with this outfit. The price is right, the precision is there, and it is simple enough to be very flexible in its use. I see no need for anything more elaborate for this fastening method. You will need a clamp to secure it in place. This is one of the perfect tools.
HOW THEY CAN SELL THEM SO CHEAP

Just the perfect tool for new or repair projects.Instructions included are simple but concise. The ONLY thing I would change would be to include in the packaging somewhere, a little cardboard cutoutthat would list the various measurements for the different thickness of boards. Would be handy to stick on the shop wall and use until memory kicks in.
