For all Express delivery, truck shipments and shipments outside of the 48 contiguous United States, McFeely's will charge its actual shipping cost.

Shipping Cost for Back-ordered Items

There is no extra shipping charge for backordered items. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee that orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day (no shipments on weekends and holidays). See more details below about our policies.

 

Free Shipping Promotion

Orders over $99.00 and without certain restrictions will qualify for Free Shipping.  Limitations are as follows:

  • Delivery address must be within the Continental US (lower 48 states plus the District of Columbia)
  • Does not apply to items that are drop shipped (contact Customer Service for details)
  • Does not apply to express shipping
  • Does not apply to certain liquids and aerosol products such as paints, stains, etc. (contact Customer Service for details)
  • Does not apply to large or heavy shipments requiring truck or motor freight.
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Delivery could take up to 7-10 business days.


Save on Delivery Charges!

 McFeely’s does not have a minimum order charge, but we do have a minimum delivery charge. It makes sense to make sure your purchase total is at the top end of the applicable Delivery Charge step. In other words, order totals of $6.50 and $19.95 both have a $7.00 delivery charge, but the $19.95 order is getting better value for the shipping charge.


Orders that must be Phoned In to Customer Service:

At this time, only orders shipped by standard ground shipping or Free Shipping (as stated above) can be placed on-line. All other orders must be placed directly with out Customer Service Department. Orders that must be placed directly with our Customer Service Department include: 

  • Delivery address outside the Continental US (lower 48 states plus the District of Columbia)
  • Items that are drop shipped (contact Customer Service for details)
  • Express shipping
  • Liquids and aerosol products such as paints, stains, etc. (contact Customer Service for details)

  • By law, McFeely’s® must collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Ohio.
  • Most orders are shipped by the next business day. McFeely’s is known for shipping orders quickly. Because of this, we may not be able to change your order after it is submitted, so please verify its accuracy.

5. No Minimum Order Value – You can order what you need without worrying about meeting a minimum order size.

Returns and Credits

If you need to return an item to us for any reason and to ensure that your return processes correctly, please call our Customer Services Department toll-free at 1-800-443-7937 (USA only) or 1-513-845-4778 (Outside USA) between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time for your Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the product.

We have a 30-day no-question return policy on Festool products, but the product must be returned complete with all packaging materials, in saleable condition, or it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. For all other products, refunds or exchanges will be issued for returned merchandise received within 90 days of purchase (invoice date).
