Perfect product for building home made jigs and other small projects that need to be assembled and taken apart with future re-assembly in mind. I would recommend lubricating the threads with beeswax prior to threading, especially in hardwoods. One thing I needed to do was to re-thread the internal threads for my project. No flaws in the product but I needed a 10-32 thread for my current project. Not having 10-32 inserts available at McFeeley's I just purchased the 8-32 and re-tapped the threads. Took about 5 minutes and was effortless. Saved a lot of trouble having to search the internet for 10-32 internal threads. Great product [...]
