Milled from a ribbon of special high-alloy tool steel (instead of simply being stamped)
Individual Teeth are set and induction-hardened to Rc 64-65, so they start sharp and stay sharp longer.
Tooth-hardening process leaves the back with needed flexibility (Rc 45) to avoid early fatigue breakage and the stiffness to maintain a straight cut in thick material
Milled teeth increase stability and reduce tendency to wobble in the cut.

This Blade Can Be Used With: All Sears Crafstman 12" Bandsaws (excluding Model 22412)
