Return Requirements

Festool is so confident that you will thoroughly enjoy their tools, that they offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your Festool tool within 30 days of your purchase for any reason. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding all freight charges. Items must be returned in the original, unmarked packaging or will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Warranty Disclaimer

When products are returned, neither Festool nor McFeely's™ is responsible for any products which are lost or damaged in transit. If you request an exchange for an item, standard shipping rates will apply to the re-shipment. Please be sure to use adequate packaging. Label your package clearly and carefully. Insuring your package for the value of the products is always recommended. Using a method of shipping that allows you to get proof of delivery is also recommended.
