INDOOR FURNITURE
Flat head screws are usually recommended for general furniture building. The flat
heads may be seated flush or countersunk and plugged for a more decorative look.
Our flat head screws have been heat-treated for exceptional strength and are
available in different plating options.
OUTDOOR FURNITURE
Outdoor furniture construction requires a fastener with exceptional corrosion resistance, that's why epoxy-coated or stainless steel screws are generally used.
RTA "READY TO ASSEMBLE" FURNITURE
RTA or "Ready to Assemble" creates strong joints even in end grain because the fastener threads into a barrel nut rather than the material, this also makes the joint virtually impossible to assemble incorrectly!
POCKET HOLE JOINERY
Pocket hole joinery is a popular method of joint assembly. Joints are as strong as a mortise and tenon but can be made in a fraction of the time.
