We will be contacting you within 48 hours with return instructions and your return authorization information.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item to us for any reason and to insure that your return processes correctly, please call our Customer Services Department toll free at 1-800-443-7937 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. CT for your Return Authorization Number before returning items. We will pick up the ground return shipping charge in the continental US (Festool products excluded). Then fill out the return form enclosed with your order and send it back to us with the unwanted item(s).

We have a 30-day no-question return policy on Festool products, but the product must be returned complete with all packaging materials, in saleable condition, or it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. For all other products, refunds or exchanges will be issued for returned merchandise received within 90 days of purchase (invoice date).
