Dayton 10" & 12" Right & Left Tilt Cabinet Saws

We test these cabinet saws by placing a nickel on its edge and turning the machine on… It’s so well balanced that the nickel doesn’t fall over. Why is this important? Because it demonstrates how the smooth operation leads to the straight and stable cuts you’ll get with these saws. Saws offer precise cutting on wood up to 3" (for the 10" saws at 90º) and 4" thick (for the 12" saws at 90º). The 10" saws are recommended for use with a 10" blade and the 12" saws can accommodate either 10" or 12" blades. The extra large solid cast iron table has a unique system of T-slots that incorporate a cast iron miter gauge (60º left and right) as well as two rip fence alignment T-blocks. Each saw comes with a split blade guard for easier and accurate angle cuts as well as anti-kickback pawls to prevent the wood from pinching and shooting back. The riving knife system meets 7th edition of UL standards. The cabinet is made of heavy gauge welded steel, totally enclosed and ported for a 4" hose. Each saw comes complete with a 5/8" dia. blade arbor extension, 5/8" dia. dado arbor extension and a 1" dia. arbor extension (12" saw only) dado table insert. Powerful single-phase TEFC motor is capacitor start, capacitor run and driven by three V-belts. The precision rip fence assembly is designed for simple one-handed maneuverability and the front rail is calibrated in inches and millimeters with a magnified window for close tolerances. Comes complete with a toolbox for changing blades and arbors. Imported. Truck Freight. Specify from right or left and height in the drop down above.
