Most plunge routers are big and bulky and more than you need. The T4 was made with you in mind. This plunge router is hefty enough to last; but light enough for the serious hobbyist and light duty tradesmen to handle. The variable speed, from 11,500 to 32,000 rpm, lets you zero in on the best speed for the wood you are routing and the delicacy of the project. A spindle lock button and hex collet nut assist in easy bit changes. The base can be removed for free hand carving and die grinding too. Combined with the various bushings and jigs, this tool is ideal for inlay work and hinge routing. Imported.
