It provides protection from harmful dust particulates with a pre-filter and fine filter system which achieves 95% efficiency. Air flows across your face at 6.36cfm (fully charged) to 4.94cfm (minimum) with a built in quiet (70 dB) fan. A "flip-up" replaceable visor in clear or green protects your eyes and face from splashes and flying debris to the ANSI Z87.1 (low impact) standard.
