Snap It Off at the Desired Length

These Phillips machine screws are perfect for mounting drawer pulls and other hardware items that do not require significant strength. The shank of this #8-32 truss head machine screw is scored at 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", and 1-1/2" so the unneeded length is easily broken off, leaving a clean thread. Made in Taiwan.

Comments about #8 - 32 x 1-3/4 Multi-Length Phillips Machine Screws:

What a time-saver! Putting hardware on my new kitchen cabinets was an easy job until I got to the drawers and needed 1 3/4" screws. These were the perfect length to keep me from having to spend time in my cold garage clamping 2" screws in a vise and hacksawing 1/4" off the ends (not one of my favorite jobs).

    Comments about #8 - 32 x 1-3/4 Multi-Length Phillips Machine Screws:

These screws are hard to find in any big box lumber store or even local hardware stores. Since you can customize the screw length without cutting with saw or ruining the the threads, they are great time savers and they eliminate unnecessary angst! Keep a dozen or two handy for almost any job where doors or cabinets are involved.
